Eva is an Orlando native who specializes in the Central Florida real estate market. Her real estate experience spans almost 30 years. First, as an associate with Century 21 Elvis Purvis, Inc. in 1991. She acquired Century 21 American Homes, Inc. in 1995 and was the broker/owner managing an office of 20+ associates and multi-million annual sales for 9 years. In 2005 the Century 21 office was sold, and Eva established Orlando Real Estate Group, Inc. During this time, Eva also met extensive education and work experience requirements to attain a Florida State Certified Residential Appraisers license.
